Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited (LKHS) is a builder established, in 1969. It was set up by Tan Sri Dato Low Keng Huat and his three brothers. Over more than 40 years, its business has progressed and achieved, grown to encompass building construction, property development, hotels and investments.

The Low Keng Huat Limited is an A1 qualified and registered general building contractor, the highest grade under the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore classification, and is approved to tender for public sector contracts with unlimited tender sums.
On top of complementing the construction activity through the company’s property development business in Singapore and Malaysia, Low Keng Huat Limited is in charge and operates grand hotels in Perth (Australia) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) under the Duxton Hotel. Its other hospitality-related business is food and beverage business in Singapore. Low Keng Huat Limited also invest in properties that are in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Low Keng Huat Limited was involved in various prestigious projects where some have won national awards, and its early projects were familiar landmarks such as the UOB Headquarters Building, the OCBC Centre, that is 52-storey and the $50m Plaza Singapura shopping mall.
Low Keng Huat Limited also received CIDB Awards for Construction Excellence for the following projects:

Won the award in 1991.
• MAS Building (Certificate of Merit)
Low Keng Huat Limited was awarded the Certificate of Merit for building $120 m 30 storey MAS Building in 1987.
• New Tech Park
In 1989, a $67 m 6 storey industrial building was built which was specifically designed for hi-tech manufacturing which is a one of a kind in Singapore, the first production of it.
• Duxton Hotel
Duxton Hotel is a delicate boutique hotel which was intentionally set up in Tanjong Pagar where the pre-war shophouses are redeveloped and restored. It was awarded as the highest preferential margin of 2.8% under the CIDB Preferential Margin for Construction Quality Scheme. This is given to companies with consistent good performance in their work, putting them in a price advantage when they tender for public sector projects.
